Magical Orbs of power that can grant a single wish when 7 of these items are gathered together. 3 Dragon Balls are scattered on Earth and 4 on Namek. A normal search for these Dragon Balls will take 30 days a piece. With a Dragon Radar, it will only take 7 days a piece. Once the 7 Dragon Balls have been gathered and a wish has been made, the Dragon Balls will return back to their original locations where they will remain inert for a month.
When gathering the Dragon Balls, you may encounter another character who has one of the other dragon balls. You can try to trade with them by swapping characters, or even items, or you can just simply try to take it from them by challenging them and winning in combat.
Just so no one can wish for just about anything, wishes have been limited to a number of choices:
-x100 PL increase to a single Dragon Ball possessor
-100,000 zeni
-Bringing someone back from Otherworld + x50 PL increase for the good deed
-Transformations of your respective PL and Race (Absorptions and Namekian fusions not included)
- Potara Earrings (Goku, Vegeta, Supreme Kai)
- Fusion Dance (Goku, Vegeta, Kid Trunks, Goten)
-Can change to a different character of your choosing and retain PL + transformations of that respected PL.
